引越しの準備 // ベルリンからロンドンへ。After Brixitだから大変！

去年引越しが完了できればよかったんですが、コロナが全ての予定を狂わせてしまったのです。ベルリンからロンドンへの引越しは1年先延ばし。そしてその間に本格的なBrixitが実施され、いろんなことが変わり始めています。

アジア圏のパスポートの場合、ほとんど変わらないのですが、現在私はベルリンに滞在しており、ここドイツからイギリスロンドンへの引越し。

ヨーロッパからUKへの引越しとなるので、引越しするために必要な書類などが増えます。私の場合、特に植物ですが・・・

そこで、今回はあまり関連する方はいないかもしれませんが、植物の輸入に関してメモしておきます。

ヨーロッパからUKへの輸入となります。

※現在引き続き調べているので、バラバラの内容になっていますが、必要なリンクをメモしています。

2021年1月1日から、何が必要になるの？

さて、何度も言いますが、去年のうちに引越しができていれば植物のcertification やらの手続きは不要だったのですが、1月1日から必要になります。

Imports into the UK need a pre notification. Whether this is also necessary for private persons travelling by car..I don’t know. You may contact the competent authorities in the UK. because you are leaving the EU towards the UK, it is the UK regulation that matters. For the export, no special documents are required, provides the plants are neither protected nor endangered.
If the UK demands a phytosanitary certificate, I recommend contacting the local authority for that:

ようやく近づいてきた植物をUKに持っていくための答え！

ようやくベルリンの植物管理団体？より連絡が来ました。

Sie benötigen in jedem Fall ein Phytosanitary Certificate (PC) vom Pflanzenschutzdienst des Bundeslandes, in dem Sie wohnhaft sind. Um das PC zu erhalten, müssen Sie einen Antrag für Export stellen bei PGZ-Online.
Anschließend werden Ihre Pflanzen von einem Inspektor kontrolliert. Sofern die Pflanzen den Britischen Bestimmungen entsprechen, erhalten Sie das PC. Die Kosten dafür betragen 62 Euro in Berlin.

Ab dem 01.April müssen Sie den Import Ihrer Pflanzen in Großbritannien vor-anmelden. Dazu nutzen Sie das System “PEACH”. Abschließend werden Ihre Pflanzen noch einmal in Großbritannien von der zuständigen Behörde kontrolliert.
Allerdings sollten Sie noch beachten, dass die Einfuhr von Erde bzw. jede Form von organischem Substrat in Großbritanien verboten ist! Das bedeutet, Sie müssten Ihre Pflanzen frei spülen vom Substrat und diese wurzelnackt versenden.

さて、やはり必ずPC(Phytosanitary Certificate)が必要のようで、登録

62€がかかるとのこと。1つあたりの植物に価格費用なのか、それとも１回の費用なのか。現在おと言わせ中です。またここに書いてある私はベルリンに滞在なので、PGZ-Onlineにも確認中。ここで検査の依頼をしないといけないみたいですね。

ようやくここまで来ました^^;

さて、ここで1つ問題が、このサイトに書いてあるのですが、初めて登録をする人は、TRACESというシステムで登録をしてからでないといけないみたいですが、何かやPANという番号だったり何故かビジネス用のサイトのようです。

個人の植物の個人輸入は、果たしてできるのか。心配です。

さて、PEACHとは？

植物をイギリスに持っていくのに、Certificationが必要になるということは分かったのですが、ドイツのどこでそのCertificationをとれるのかがいまだに不明です。また、イギリス側のサイトでよくPEACHに登録をすべきという文章を見かけるのですが、PEACHに登録すべき人は下記のような人のようです。

あなたのビジネスがイングランドとウェールズにある場合。
あなたのビジネスはスコットランドまたは北アイルランドにあるが、イングランドまたはウェールズ経由で商品を輸入または輸出している場合など。

なので、個人の今回のような引越しなどの場合は登録必要ないと思われます。
