Verona(ヴェローナ)と聞いて思い浮かぶのは、やはりロミオとジュリエットではないでしょうか。ミラノから電車で1時間15分程度で行けてしまうロマンチックな街、ヴェローナを動画で簡単にチェックしてみましょう!

When you hear the name Verona, the first thing that comes to mind is probably Romeo and Juliet. Check out this video for a quick look at Verona, a romantic city that is only an hour and 15 minutes by train from Milan!

今回は、前回動画をアップしたチヂミの具材を購入した際に残ったニラを使った韓国のスンドゥブチゲを作ってみました。
韓国の友人から教わったレシピをもとに、自分なりにアレンジしたものです。簡単で具材も全て自由にアレンジ出きます。
キムチチゲは辛すぎる私にとっては、スンドゥブチゲは大好物。味は自分なりに毎回調整しています。

今回の動画の量で、大体6~8人前作れます。

具沢山、お好みで自由にアレンジできる点がいいです。海外にいても作れる具材ですので、是非海外にお住まいの方も作ってみてください。


This time, I made Korean Sundubujjigae using leftover chives from the last time I bought the ingredients for the pancake I uploaded the video for. This is a recipe I learned from a friend in Korea and arranged in my own way. It is easy to make and all the ingredients can be freely arranged. As kimchi jjigae is too spicy for me, Sundubu-jjigae is my favorite. I adjust the taste in my own way every time.


The quantity in this video makes roughly 6~8 servings.

I like the fact that it has a lot of ingredients and can be freely arranged to your liking. You can make this dish even if you are overseas, so please try it even if you live overseas.

◆ 材料 ◆(5~6人分)
ズッキーニ(1/2)
白菜 (1/2)
ニラ
きのこ類
ネギ
もやし
豆腐1丁
豚肉※お好みで
水750cc~

= 合わせ調味料 =
擦りおろしごま
コチュジャン (大さじ3)
粉唐辛子(大さじ~1)(お好みで辛さの調節をして下さい)
おろしにんにく (大さじ1)
ごま油 (大さじ2)
お酒  (大さじ1)
しょうゆ (大さじ2)

*全ての調味料や具材は、自分なりにアレンジできます。味が薄い場合、私は味噌を追加しています。



◆ Ingredients ◆ (5~6 servings)
Zucchini (1/2)
Chinese cabbage (1/2)
Chinese chives
Mushrooms
Green onion
Bean sprouts
1 tofu
Pork* to taste
750cc~ water

=Seasoning mixture =
grated sesame seeds
Gochujang (3 tablespoons)
Powdered chili pepper (1 Tbsp) (adjust spiciness to taste)
Grated garlic (1 Tbsp)
Sesame oil (2 Tbsp)
Sake (1 Tbsp)
Soy sauce (2 Tbsp)

*All seasonings and ingredients can be arranged in your own way. If the taste is too weak, I add miso.
韓国人レシピ★ 海外にいても作れるスンドゥブチゲ / How to cook the Korean soup (Sundubu-jjigae (純豆腐))
I would like to introduce a simple dish that can be made using Korean pancake powder sold at Asian supermarkets.
The great thing about Korean pancakes is that they can be made with any ingredients. Even though I am not a good cook, it is easy to make and leftover pancakes can be frozen and eaten on another day.
I will introduce the sauce soon :)

日本にいるとなんでも揃うけど、海外にいるとなかなか作りたい料理が作れなかったりしますよね。今回はアジアンスーパーに売っている韓国チヂミ粉を使って作る、簡単料理をご紹介します。
食材はお好きなものでOK! どんな食材でも合うのが韓国チヂミのいいところ♪ 料理下手な私でも簡単に作れて残ったチヂミは冷凍保存して他の日に食べれます。タレについては今後ご紹介しますので待っててください^^

- Ingredients - For 8~10 pancakes

- 500g pancake flour (*) 
- 850ml water
- Few Asian chives (Or you can use onion instead)
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- Shrimp
- Sesami Oil


- Any tips -
This is an easy recipe to make, so I use store-bought korean pancake flour(*).

If you do not have korean pancake flour at home, you can substitute.

・500g all-purpose flour
・2~3 large eggs
・1 teaspoon salt

All vegetables can be substituted.
You can skip the shrimp and make a vegetable-only pancake with onions, mushrooms, etc. Or you can add mussels or squid.
If you add kimchi, the water content will increase and it will be difficult to flip the pancake, so it may be better to use a little less water for kimchi pancakes only.

Roughly 8 to 10 pancakes can be made with 500 g of pancake flour.
Leftover pancakes can be frozen, You can enjoy delicious pancakes anytime.
Once thawed naturally, use sesame oil and warm in a frying pan.
